Expertise in service is what sets us apart. We conduct field audits of every technician on a routine basis. In addition, we apply sophisticated metrics to measure the expected performance of technicians and immediately dispatch another technician should actual results differ from projections. We’ll work with you to develop standard operating procedures to ensure safety custom to any regulations, insurance needs, environmental challenges or any other considerations.
When you work with CES you gain a well-trained team of seasoned professionals that operate in an “eyes up” fashion. Trained to spot issues others miss, in addition to our primary data capture, project planning, and data management services, we also offer a broad range of ancillary services, such as project management, gas and electrical inspections. All of which work in congruency with our core services.
A service company is only as good as the people it employs and deploys. At CES-US we apply a rigorous training and qualification program that tests every aspect of an individual’s capacity to effectively perform the tasks required. We test all candidates both in the classroom and in the field to ensure that all survey work is performed only by exceptionally qualified individuals. But we don’t stop there. Once in the field we apply near-real time tracking and perform routine field audits to make sure you get the greatest quality of service no matter what.
